Hi! I’m Kelly, and I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and online fitness and fat loss coach. I’m 53 years strong and have been in the fitness industry for 20+ years. I’m here to help you break away from the old stories that are keeping you stuck and unleash your higher potential to become a healthier, happier you.
I have a passion for helping people attain their healthy fitness goals, and I love empowering people, especially women, both in the gym and in life! I understand that we’re all unique; there’s no one-size-fits-all strategy or approach to training and nutrition. I’m here to make fitness work for you in a way that is easy to understand, doable, and sustainable for a lifetime.
Meet Kirsten!
Currently based in Kansas City, my daughter Kirsten is our remote administrative manager. She assists with all things computers, but is also deeply connected to our company values. Kirsten has always shared my love for fitness and movement – she is a professional dancer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Marymount Manhattan College. She also holds her 200-hour RYT certification, with a specialty in children’s yoga. As a performer herself and a dance teacher, Kirsten is passionate about creating fun, healthy habits from a young age. She has extensively studied exercise, anatomy, and psychology, and she wants to utilize her knowledge to help people achieve fitness goals in a safe and sustainable way.
